Our people are crucial to the growth and success of our business. Due to a highly successful rebranding and expansion programme, we are now seeking to recruit a number of key sales professionals to proactively carry our offer to the market, benefiting our existing customers as well as winning new accounts within the independent sector.

We require highly motivated, passionate and driven individuals that must have proven new business sales skills and more than 2 of the following areas of experience:

  • A passion for food and dining
  • Experience from any FMCG regional / territory sales role
  • A strong catering background, but with some proven sales experience
  • Experience of handling / selling seafood
  • Experience working in a food service sales role (field sales or in house) 

As you will be monitored based on your gross margin contribution it is expected that all TSMs will be well organised, self-motivated, methodical and numerical – with the ability of managing financial margin on product based sales. You will also be expected to maintain and manage key regional accounts, as well as developing new business in order to procure new clients, working closely with local regional telesales teams.
