The new Wild Boar burgers and sausages are made from Australian Wild Boar meat, which is light in texture and colour. The Wild Boar is leaner and denser than pork, but can be cooked in exactly the same way and is ideal when served with apple based accompaniments, or red cabbage with balsamic vinegar, mushrooms and parsnips. The Wild Boars used to make our new sausages and burgers are 100% wild and have roamed and fed naturally all of their lives, allowing the meat to take on the characteristics of their environment.
