3G Select range extended with two new main courses

We have recently added two new delicious main courses to our 3G Select … because taste matters range of products. The new main courses include Florentine Fish Pie and Lasagne, and both products contain the finest ingredients to offer caterers premium versions of these traditional, rustic favorites. 
“We launched 3G Select … because taste matters to offer caterers a range of products that would undoubtedly give their menus a competitive edge”, said Ben Smales, Managing Director of 3G Food Service & Seafood Solutions. “Our new main course dishes will add value to any food led pub, restaurant or hotel menu, as we have worked directly with manufacturers to source the best ingredients available. The Florentine Fish Pie and Lasagne are the latest additions to our 3G Select range, which also includes two premium natural fishcakes and a selection of 10 desserts. These new 3G Select dishes are perfect for both regular menus or specials boards, and I’m sure they will delight diners of all ages!”
The new Florentine Fish Pie (400g) is made with premium Scottish Salmon, Dartmouth Smoked Haddock and Honduran King Prawns in a creamy sauce with wilted spinach. The pie is topped with potatoes mashed with butter and cream and is sprinkled with Mendip Hills Grated Cheddar. Supplied frozen, the pies come in packs of 10, have a 17 month shelf life and are complemented perfectly by fresh, steamed vegetables.

The new Lasagne (400g) is a delicious ragout of fresh minced British beef, red wine, Italian vine ripened plum tomatoes, herbs and garlic. With fresh Durum wheat pasta under a rich mascarpone cheese sauce, topped with mature cheddar cheese, this is our very best Lasagne. Supplied frozen in packs of 12, the Lasagne can be served with garlic bread and a fresh salad for an authentic Italian flavour.
Other products in the 3G Select range include two natural fishcakes and 10 delicious desserts. The Dartmouth Smoked Haddock Fishcake is made with 20% Haddock, 25% Dartmouth Smoked Haddock, potatoes, Mendip Hills grated Cheddar and a dusting of flour. The Scottish Salmon Fishcake is made with 40% Scottish Salmon, Sun Blushed Tomato and Tuscan Herb Butter, potatoes and a dusting of flour. Dessert products in the 3G Select range include: Fruit & Nut Chocolate Brownie, Pecan & Maple Cheesecake, Lemon Tart, Toffee Puddle, Chocolate Indulgence, Orange Crème Caramel, Vanilla Cheesecake, Rhubarb & Vanilla Cheesecake, Lemon & Blueberry Cheesecake and award winning Raspberry & Vanilla Cheesecake.
