3G catches the eye of the crowd at Northern Restaurant & Bar 2008

Visitors to our stand were also able to sample a selection of innovative new products including: Bison and Wild Boar Sausages and Burgers and Half Chicken Skewers, as well as Cold Smoked Salmon and a selection of flavours from our range of organic Rocombe Farm Ice Cream.
“We always enjoy attending the Northern Restaurant & Bar show, since it provides a great opportunity to introduce our new products and display our wide range of fresh fish”, said Ben Smales, Managing Director of 3G Food Service & Seafood Solutions. “Our aim is to source products that will make a genuine difference to our customers, so we’re always on the look out for interesting, new and exciting foods which can be added to our Product Guides.”
He continues: “This year, we’ve introduced an innovative range of premium burgers and sausages made from Bison and Wild Boar Meat, which provided visitors to our stand with a unique taste and texture experience! We were also particularly proud of our fresh fish display this year – it really caught the eye of the crowd and created a great talking point!”
Our team was on hand at the show to discuss the fantastic new products in our Product Guide and our sourcing capabilities. They also discussed how outlets can add value to their menus by introducing creative menu items, such as those available for sampling on our stand.
