3G's Cold Smoked Salmon is fit for the Queen!

3G was recently selected to supply Cold Smoked Salmon Fillets for a royal lunch, which was attended by the Queen. The lunch was held on 12th June 2008, when the Queen formally opened the new home of the Royal Artillery, at the Royal Artillery Barracks, Larkhill. 3G was chosen to supply its premium, chilled smoked salmon after a number of tasting sessions with Larkhill’s Executive Chef, Paul Stebbing, and once final menu approval had been granted by Buckingham Palace.

3G catches the eye of the crowd at Northern Restaurant & Bar 2008

We recently exhibited at the Northern Restaurant & Bar show in Manchester and created a stir with our colourful display of fresh fish. Our unique display featured a superb selection of familiar and exotic species – including Strawberry Grouper, Rainbow Trout, Wild Sea Bass and John Dory. In pride of place was a superb King Fish.
Desserts range expanded with selection of premium hot puddings

We have extended our range of desserts with a selection of premium, mouth-watering square shaped hot puddings. The range includes Belgian Chocolate, Raspberry Jam, Stem Ginger and Treacle Square Sponge Pudding – all of which are sure to be a hit with every type of diner due to their light, fluffy textures and delicious flavours.
